We provide telehealth and in-person therapy.
In-person offices are located in Old Town North Alexandria, VA and Downtown Norfolk, VA.
Telehealth services available to those that reside in the states of Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Idaho, Florida, Connecticut, Vermont, and Colorado. State licensure varies by therapist.
We are out-of-network therapists. This means that we do not accept insurance. There are a variety of reasons why we do not work directly with insurance companies. The primary reason is the ability to provide our clients with the highest level of individualized care possible, without the constraints placed on us from managed care. The time we will spend on you, or your loved one’s, treatment extends beyond your time in session with us.
We do provide our clients superbills to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Please be aware that our therapists, Kelsey West and Jennifer Forbes, are TRICARE non-participating certified providers.
We offer sliding scale on a case by case basis.
