At Coastal Collaborative Care, you’ll find therapists who listen deeply, care holistically, and walk beside you with empathy, not judgment.
Areas of Specialty
Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
We offer HAES®-aligned, fat-positive treatment for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, OSFED, and disordered eating behaviors. Our approach includes collaboration with dietitians, body image support, and trauma-informed strategies to help you build a sustainable, peaceful relationship with food, your body, and yourself in general.
OCD & Anxiety
We provide specialized care for OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). We also use evidence-based treatment for generalized anxiety, panic, and health anxiety. Our team adapts these methods to fit your neurotype and personal history.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
Struggling with ADHD, executive dysfunction, or sensory overload? We offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy for clients who have often felt misunderstood in traditional mental health settings.
Trauma & Life Transitions
Whether you’re navigating a major life shift or processing complex trauma, we create safe therapeutic spaces where healing happens at your pace. All therapists are trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and utilize a relational approach – one that centers the therapeutic relationship as a key part of the healing process. For those who have experienced trauma, especially in relationships, it can be deeply healing to experience a safe, consistent connection with a therapist who listens with empathy, honors your boundaries, and builds trust over time.
